Kano Maastricht can cancel the trip at any time if the weather causes unsafe situations. For example; thunderstorms, high water level/strong current, strong wind and/or rainfall.

What if I cancel too late?

If the reservation is not cancelled within the agreed 48 hours, we are forced to charge the costs.

It is important to stay in touch with each other if there is any doubt as to whether the activity can go ahead due to the weather. Discussions about possible cancellations can be made by telephone, but cancellations can only be made by email.

Cancel group arrangement

If a group arrangement has been booked in combination with food and/or drinks etc., the cancellation must be communicated by the tenant to both Kano Maastricht and the Brigidahoeve, Café De Witte Börstel or any other party involved 7 days before the reservation date.

If the reservation is not made within the agreed period of 7 days, any costs incurred will be charged.
