As a group you will experience an unforgettable trip with a Kayak, Canoe or Raft through this wonderful Limburg nature reserve.
You will paddle through a beautiful piece of wild and unspoiled nature. Here, The Meuse River forms the border between the Netherlands and Belgium. There are no motorized boats here. We canoeists are guests in this beautiful nature reserve.
Herds of wild horses and Galloway cattle can be admired from the water. The beavers keep the vegetation in the valley in check with their gnawing. Bank swallows, kingfishers, herons and countless other birds enrich the area with their colors and sounds.

What makes Canoe Maastricht even more unique is our Canoe & Bike combination! Because in addition to wonderful boating on the Meuse River, you can also choose to combine this with a relaxing bike ride through nature and past charming villages.

You can, of course, provide your own transportation or use our taxi service. Often we can also provide a touringcar for you.

Imagine yourself in France at the 'Brigidahoeve'
The perfect group venue!
At the starting point of the Canoe trip, which is also the end point of the bike tour, in the Maastricht village of Itteren, you will find the atmospheric Brasserie and ice cream parlor the 'Brigidahoeve'. The rustic farmhouse is located a few meters from our parking lot.
The Brigidahoeve is the perfect location to start or end the group outing. Under the walnut tree on the spacious terrace, you truly imagine yourself in France. Inside is a cozy sitting area where you immediately feel at home and at ease.
Behind a large gate in the centuries-old courtyard is a room specially equipped to accommodate large groups. Here you can enjoy coffee, tea and pastries from the region, a delicious lunch and you can also make reservations for a tasty group dinner.

Café De Witte Börstel
This cozy cafe with spacious terrace is located at the starting point of our bicycle route which is also the end point of the canoe trip. Canoeists, cyclists and hikers enjoy the cosiness of this village to the full here
